Named to the global Enable Role Model List for advancing workplace inclusion through lived experience.
Recognition
In 2025, INvolve named me to its global Enable Role Model List: 50 people worldwide recognised for using personal experience of disability, neurodiversity or mental health to advance workplace inclusion. I was the first Australian to make the list, which is sponsored by Dow.
What sits behind it
Board adviser to Amaze since 2022, and a member of the Autistic Employee Advisory Group for its A+ Employer Program.
Connecting GroupM and Amaze to pilot the A-Plus Inclusion program in support of GroupM's 16-point Disability Action Plan, including training for all AUNZ managers on managing neurodiverse staff.
Writing publicly about my own diagnosis for AdNews and the Media Federation of Australia, with one consistent message for the industry: ask, don't assume.
Being the first Australian named matters less for the title than for the signal: the workplace inclusion conversation has properly reached this market. Recognition is a lever — it opens doors with leadership that lived experience alone sometimes can't.
