Diversity Talks 2024 — speaker

APAC virtual summit

Spoke at Diversity Talks 2024 on neurodiversity, mental wellbeing and evolving DE&I models.

Campaign Asia's Diversity Talks 2024 was an APAC-wide virtual summit themed From Challenges to Change. I spoke on neurodiversity, mental wellbeing and how DE&I models are evolving across the region's media and marketing industry.

The grounding

By 2024 the advocacy had a track record behind it: the GroupM × Amaze partnership piloting the A-Plus Inclusion program, a 16-point Disability Action Plan in motion, manager training rolled out across AUNZ, and my advisory work with Amaze.

Underneath those topics sits the personal story I have told publicly — diagnosed as a teenager, reframing the diagnosis as empowering rather than limiting, and the principle I keep handing the industry: ask, don't assume.

Why a regional stage matters

DE&I conversations in media tend to stay inside single markets. An APAC summit puts Australian programs like the Amaze partnership in front of the whole region — and in 2025, Campaign Asia awarded Gold for Diverse-Inclusive Workplace of the Year (APAC) to work I was proud to be part of.
