Amaze A+ Employer Program
Advisory board
Autistic Employee Advisory Group member; co-built neuroinclusive hiring frameworks adopted across the media industry.

Since February 2023 I have sat on Amaze's Autistic Employee Advisory Group for the A+ Employer Program — an education initiative designed with autistic people to help employers build genuinely neuroinclusive workplaces. I have also been a board adviser to Amaze since 2022.
The work
The advisory group exists so the program is shaped by autistic people, not just about them. Through it we co-built neuroinclusive hiring frameworks that have since been adopted across the media industry.
The most visible adoption came through GroupM: EssenceMediacom, Mindshare and Wavemaker piloted the A-Plus Inclusion program from Neurodiversity Celebration Week, in support of GroupM's 16-point Disability Action Plan. I helped connect the two organisations.
Why it matters
One in six Australians has a disability, and the employment rate for working-aged people with disability sits at 48 per cent against 80 per cent for those without. Programs designed with the people they serve close that gap in ways top-down policy cannot.
